A New Art Gallery Combining Art, Real Estate, and Networking Opens in Fribourg
Well-known real estate personality, particularly in the luxury real estate sector, Teresa Astorina is opening an art gallery in Fribourg. This gallery with its innovative concept marks an important step in realizing her unique vision where art, real estate, and networking converge.
A Journey Rich in Discoveries and Connections
Over her 30 years in real estate, Teresa Astorina has met and accompanied fascinating personalities while familiarizing herself with the art world. Convinced that art is intrinsically linked to luxury real estate, she has always believed that a beautiful home reaches its full potential only when accompanied by appropriate artworks.
Fribourg: A Strategic Location
Teresa Astorina knows Fribourg well, having lived and founded her family there before returning to her native region in German-speaking Switzerland, where she grew up. However, she considers Fribourg the ideal location for this project. The city, situated at a strategic crossroads between German-speaking Switzerland, French-speaking Switzerland, and Ticino, is bilingual and easily accessible, making it a perfect place to bring together diverse audiences and cultures.
A Fusion of Passions in a Unique Space
This new art gallery of over 400m², located in a magnificent building in the heart of Fribourg, will allow Teresa Astorina to merge her three passions: art, real estate, and networking. This initiative will offer a platform where art enthusiasts, real estate investors, and networkers can meet and exchange ideas in an elegant and inspiring setting.
Works by Various Artists for an Enriching Experience
The gallery will feature works by artists from various backgrounds, providing visitors with a rich and diverse artistic experience. This project aims not only to promote art in all its forms but also to enhance real estate and create synergy between the two worlds.
A Promising Pilot Project
By launching this gallery in Fribourg, Teresa Astorina hopes not only to enrich the local art scene but also to demonstrate the potential of such an initiative on a larger scale. This pilot project could be the first of a series of similar events and spaces designed to bring together art and luxury real estate enthusiasts throughout Switzerland and beyond.
