Personality SWEET, the exclusive tea room is the perfect meeting place for pastry and baking lovers, business people and people with a sense of “savoir-vivre”. A unique and elegant atmosphere inviting relaxation. You can meet friends, business partners or customers there. Personality SWEET wants to give the right visibility and the opportunity to make known and admire confectionery and artisan products. All this while respecting the local traditions of each region. In doing so, we are interested in the transfer of knowledge and the maintenance of cosmopolitan relations. Even and especially in our “digitized” world, personal contacts are of great importance. And that’s what we want to cultivate with Personality SWEET. Bringing people together, discussing ideas, exchanging experiences, developing visions in a committed and visionary way, but serious and at the same time relaxed and fun.

The nougat AsTorrone
Why this love for nougat?
Once upon a time, in southern Italy, there was a little girl named Teresa. She liked to spend her days between the stalls of the village market. But there was one thing that made her particularly happy: nougat. Nougat was one of the rare luxuries that her grandparents, with whom she lived the first years of her life, could afford. Her grandmother bought them for every special occasion: Christmas, Easter, birthdays… and for the little girl it was always a great joy. Very young, still a small child, Teresa emigrated to Switzerland. The years passed and the little girl, who in the meantime became a mother of two wonderful children Salvatore and Stefania, always tried to preserve the traditions of these roots – among other things, the tradition of nougat at Christmas and during holidays in general. The smells of honey, toasted almonds take Teresa back in time and every time she sees nougat, she can’t help but remember those days when she was running among the stalls of the small market in southern Italy. She hopes that her passion for nougat remains a family tradition and will be passed down from generation to generation. With our brand AsTorrone (Astorina+Torrone = nougat) we want to transmit these moments of joy, these memories filled with emotions and the passion for the pleasure of sharing while supporting local producers in our country and region of origin.
